• Reservations must be made via phone or e-mail with credit card information provided (MasterCard & Visa accepted)

• Any damages will be charged to credit card on file

• A non-refundable $50 reservation fee charged at time of reservation (applied to rental)

• Half of rental balance charged two weeks prior to visit – remaining balance and tax* charged at time of visit.

• CHECK-IN: 3 p.m. CHECK-OUT: 3 p.m.

• Credit card information must be provided, and any damages will be charged (Visa and MasterCard accepted)

• Catering of meals available with prior arrangements

• Guests will be asked to leave if hosts feel that their behavior poses a risk  to their own safety, other guests,
or the property

• NO SMOKING INDOORS

• Pets allowed at Hillside Cabin only
