For up to 250 guests:  $12,250.00*

Includes -
• Outdoor wedding site under sweeping live oak trees, or on riverside patio.

• Sleeping accommodations for up to 30 wedding party, family members and guests (in three venues on the property) for two nights.

• 40' x 100' party tent, white garden chairs and round or rectangular tables (bride's choice).  (Electrical power source included.)

• 20x20 dance floor.

• Table linens and party lights. (Glassware, china and flatware - optional)

• Parking attendants with shuttle for guests to wedding site.

• Labor for set-up and take down.

• Arrangements with local hotels for special room rates for guests.

Optional services at cost plus 15 percent:

– Decorations to bride's specifications

– Catering

– Wedding cake/desserts

– Servers for food/desserts/beverages

– Disc Jockey (with references)

– Shuttle service to and from local hotels

– Additional labor

 

For 50-200 guests:  $10,250.00***

Includes above amenities, with smaller tent/smaller dance floor.
***(Rate varies with number of guests due to tent size, number of tables and chairs, etc.)

 

For under 50 guests:  $5,750.00

Includes above amenities - except...
Indoor wedding site in Great Room, in library/chapel, on porches or outdoors, weather permitting.

Retreat leader/consultant must submit one credit card for the group. Deposit of half due with reservation and balance charged on day of arrival.
