* Reservations must be made in advance via phone or e-mail


* A deposit of 50 percent is due two weeks prior to date of arrival -- payable by check, money order, MC
   or Visa. Deposit will be refunded (less $50 processing fee) if reservations are canceled one week prior
   to arrival date.

* CHECK-IN: Friday, 3 p.m.
* CHECK-OUT: Sunday, 3 p.m.

* Credit card information must be provided, and any damages will be charged

* Kitchen facilities will be available for use by guests -- catering of meals available with prior arrangements

* Guests will be asked to leave if hosts feel that their behavior poses a risk to their own safety, other guests, or the property

* NO SMOKING INDOORS
